The Leader’s Ascent explores the sacred journey of leadership—one that is rarely level ground, but instead a continual upward climb toward purpose, clarity, and calling.

​

At the center stands a radiant cross, symbolizing the foundation upon which true leadership is built: faith, sacrifice, and divine alignment. Emerging from the cross is an open door, illuminated by an overwhelming light that represents opportunity, revelation, and the moment when preparation meets purpose.

​

The 7 ascending steps is an invitation to the journey. Each step represents growth—discipline, resilience, humility, and courage. The 8th step is a new beginning.  Leadership is not a single moment of arrival; it is a process of continually choosing to climb, even when the destination is not fully visible.

​

The deep blues surrounding the cross evoke uncertainty, challenge, and the unknown spaces every leader must walk through. Yet from within that darkness bursts a radiant field of gold, reminding us that purpose often reveals itself most powerfully in contrast to adversity.

The open door is not merely an entrance—it is an invitation.
